I sometimes want to cry

Because My boys are growing TOO FAST!!! I want to bottle them up and keep them forever. Here are somethings they have been up to:

Mr. Jack-a-ruskie *8weeks

• Nurses every 4 hours-since he was 5 weeks old
• sleeps really good at nights:) and not so good at naps:(
• easy to comfort
• Loves being held and cuddled and loved
• smiles so big when we talk to him or when he hears our voice
• rolled over one time-it was kind of a fluke thing, but its still great
• starting to coo
• likes to be really warm when sleeping-3 blankets at all times
• wants his blanket touching his face when he sleeps
• feels secure when a pillow or his teddy bear sleeps right by him
• holds his head up like he is 6 months old
• loves to suck on things such as his binkie, hands, arm, and my chin. Yesterday he sucked on my chin and gave me a bruise!

Maxwelly *22months

-speaking of the "Big Car"-

• starts and finishes prayers by himself
• speaks in full sentences
• has a great sense of humor
• recognizes and signs his colors
• signs all the animals
• when asked a ? he says umm...? like he's deeply contemplating
• covers his mouth when he coughs
• calls his uncles-uncle and then their name
• knows how to spell his name
• recognizes the letters M A X and J
• can sing a-b-c-d-e
• counts to 3 and knows numbers 5 and 10
• Knows red means stop-green means go- and yellow means caution
• loves to read books at nap time and nighttime. We leave out words when we read and he fills them in-its so amazing if you haven't tried this try it. It's so fun.
• Loves us to sing to him-we also leave out words in songs and he fills them in
• Obsessed with bubble gum and can chew it for an hour. His favorite song is bubble gum bubble gum in a dish...even though its not really a song
• makes up new words all the time. Especially with uncle Bryce
• favorite game is hide and go seek
• loves any kind of ball
• says Help Help when he needs something
• asks "what happened" when he recognizes ANYTHING is different
• says, "HI" and "BYE" to everyone and everything including his toys when he goes upstairs
• Every time he sees the moon he says "mom I wanna catch the moon"
• Some of his common sayings are: "watch me" "do it again" "guess what" "chase me" "only one" "Jack's to little" and "cannon ball"
• His most favorite thing in the whole world is papa's "BIG CAR" and Pinocchio! Every time we go to Papa and Grandma's house Max has to sit in the"Big Car" and watch a little or a lot of Pinocchio. He talks about the "BIG CAR" several x's a day and has for several months. Papa Bill drives a white Denali and every time Max sees his car in the garage he lights up. And if he sees any Denali on the road he says, "another BIG CAR" The other day we passed a Denali and he said "big car big car-HELP! HELP! Grandma Jan"
